Order Queries
- How can I order?
Very simple. You create your own cushions via our website’s shop. Feel free to experiment with different shapes, size, fabrics and finishes and the price will be shown immediately. We are very transparent about our prices. Once found what you are looking, finalise your order and pay safely via our payment gateway.
- Can I place a trial order?
Yes, but there is a small risk involved. Fabric manufacturers sometimes change their collections or discontinue fabrics. There may also be slight colour variations between rolls of the same colour shade, this is not noticeable, but if the cushions are placed side by side, it may be. Please also inform us if you are making a trial order. We only deliver handmade cushions, which means that there can sometimes be slight differences between cushions from other orders. However, if we know there may be another one coming, we can make note of this and ensure you get the same finish.
- I found a cheaper cushion elsewhere. What can you do?
We are interested in such cases but is extremely difficult to find the same quality custom-made products, in terms of finish, raw materials, cost and delivery times. The difference is often due to cost, but often these companies do not have the fabric quality or are able to comply with UK legislation. On the outside it may look the same, but has the inside been finished against fraying for example you might end up fraying and even loose seams. Found the same product at a cheaper price? Please let us know, because we would also like to know more about it ourselves.
- What about the quality of the products?
We only rely on raw materials of the highest quality for our products. Because we manufacture everything in-house, we are able to meet the highest possible quality requirements. We are very demanding: we do not sell anything that we would not want ourselves.
- My filling is fine, can I order just the cover?
Yes, you can. When you are composing your cushion, just tick ‘cover only’ instead of ‘foam filled’. It’s as simple as that.
- Can I just buy or order extra foam?
Yes, you can. Soon you will be able to do that online, but for now you will have to do it by e-mail or through the notice you can leave at the end of your order.
- Can I just buy or order extra fabric?

- Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes, you can you will have to do it by e-mail. Also, we will need to ensure all fabric is fire retardant and certification will need to be provided.
- I need a cushion with a special shape. Is that possible?
Normally it is. Our site contains a selection of the most common shapes only. Please contact us when you have a special desire. If you can draw your cushion exactly, we can usually make it perfectly using the correct dimensions. So, adding a drawing to your e-mail is always useful.
- I own a company and I want to offer your cushions. Is this possible?
Yes, you can. You can even use your own label, other fabrics, etc. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Product & Stock
- Do you manufacture the products yourself?
Yes, our UK based factory finishes your cushions with the utmost care. You have direct contact with the manufacturer, which is a serious advantage over resellers. Moreover, it also guarantees you receive the best price for high quality. Want to check the fabrics before buying? We advise your order fabric samples, we’d be happy to send you some free fabric samples.
- Are you cushions washable?
We advise hand wash only due to all fabrics having a fire retardant coating.
- Do the cushions have a zip?
Yes, all the covers we make have a hidden zip. Very handy if you want to wash them or change the filling. However, if you bought the foam on our website, you should be good for at least 5 years.
- Are the colours on the site the same as the ones I will receive?
No, it depends on the colour settings of your screen. In fact, your tablet may look different than on your screen. That is why we recommend to request fabric samples in advance. We will be happy to send them to you free of charge. There may also be slight colour variations between different rolls of the same colour shade. However, this is hardly noticeable. We do always make sure that the same order comes from the same roll.
- Can I see the products first?
No, you’re ordering directly from our factory and we have no stock of ready-made cushions. Unfortunately we do not have shops (yet). Feel free to check our inspiration page. Here we show images we received from our customers. You can also request free fabric samples before ordering.
- What is the difference between outdoor and indoor fabrics?
Outdoor cushions have higher standards for colourfastness because they are exposed to direct sunlight more often. The requirements for water resistance are also higher. Both outdoor and indoor fabrics are fire retardant complying with UK legislation. As a rule, outdoor fabrics can always be used indoors, but not vice versa. After Sale
- Do I have a warranty on my products?
Yes, we offer guarantee. We work with the best materials and only sell what we ourselves would like. You get a 2 years warranty.
Delivery
- How fast can you deliver?
In 95% of cases, we deliver within 7 working days. Sometimes it can take a bit longer if the shipment was delayed, but we will let you know. You can of course check your order status at any time. Do take into account that we are closed between Christmas and New Year which does extend the delivery time of order placed right before this period.
- What are the shipping costs?
You will always see it in your order basket if you spend over £40 then delivery is free to the UK.
- How are the product shipped?
All our products are packaged in bags. The products are carefully checked several times during the production process. Cushions may folded due to parcel restrictions. We therefore recommend unpacking the cushions as quickly as possible, laying them flat and using them as much as possible. Your cushions will always return to their original shape.
- Can I change my delivery address?
Yes if it is before it has been dispatched. Please contact us and we can change it on our system.
- My order was not delivered complete. What do I do?
Since the shipping services have rather strict size limits, we sometimes have to split the order into several packages. Don’t worry, the rest will usually follow the next day. However, if you still haven’t received anything after a few days, be sure to contact us. We will then immediately look into the matter.
Payments & Promotions
- How can I pay?
Safe and simple. Stripe is our payment gateway allowing you to pay with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and American Express. These are all payment methods that offer you protection as a customer. We also support more traditional payment methods, such as bank transfer.
- Am I protected as a consumer?
Definitely! You can pay via VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and America Express. All payment methods that offer you protection as a customer.
- Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs at all. The final price of your order basket is indeed the total price.
