Very disappointed. Avoid!! I placed + paid for a custom sized cushion order on Etsy. I then immediately contacted them separately with the required dimensions of the cushion, as per the advice on the website (and included the Etsy). 2 days later I received an email with a quote, I explained that I had already paid and placed an order and was just providing dimensions. They then asked for more money and to pay them directly. I challenged this given that they had an advertised price on the Etsy website (which was smaller than their largest non-custom cushion) and asked if they couldn’t honour their advertised price, to process a refund. They eventually agreed to proceed, however I have never received it (over a month ago now). When I contacted them to provide a tracking number after a dispatch notification, they have not replied.
Beautifully made cushions. Just perfect!
